Prices:
The prices are per person per night for half board (minimum stay of 7 nights).
Temporary visitor tax of Euro 2,80 per person and day will be levied
(aged 14 years and over).

• Gardena Mobil Card: free bus and regional train travel in Val Gardena and across South Tyrol
• Val Gardena Active ALL INCLUSIVE Programme: guided hikes, mountain walks, and e-bike tours every day, and cultural and historical events - discounted or completely free
Informations about the booking:
To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit payment ("caparra confirmatoria") of approximately 40% of the total booking payable via bank tranfer or credit card.

As a reason for the deposit payment please write "Deposit payment"!
In the event of cancellation the deposit will NOT be refunded. In the event of late arrival or early departure or deviations from the original booking agreement, we will charge the room for the entire period.
Cancellation terms for Winter 2022/2023:
We recommend you take out a European cancellation insurance policy, so you don’t lose any money if you have to cancel. This policy includes cost coverage for travel interruption, cancellation due to COVID-19 infection, additional costs incurred due to delayed arrival or involuntary extended says. Simply calculate your premium and book your policy.
• A deposit of 40% of the total price is required to confirm a booking.
• Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: deposit credited towards a future stay (subject to the same booking conditions) within one year.
• Cancellation 21 - 14 days before arrival: deposit not refunded.
• Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival: you will be billed 100% of the total price.
• Your original booking will be billed in full in the case of late arrival or early departure.
• If the borders are closed during your stay or South Tyrol is subject to a travel ban (without prior warning) preventing you from arriving, you may cancel your booking free of charge. The updated cancellation conditions apply to all other bookings.

We accept the following credit cards: EUROCARD, VISA, MASTERCARD and DEBIT CARD. We would like to inform you, that according to the current law, payments in cash can only be accepted for a maximum amount of Euro 1.999,99. Starting from 01.01.2023 Euro 999,99.
Cancellations can be made in written form only.
Arrival and Departure:
Check in is available after 2pm
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room until 10.00 o'clock.
If you arrive after 19.00, please let us know.
